This one's for the #69 challenge over at CSI.
It's about my six and a half year old grandson and his plan for the school Mother's Day Stall.
Now for the journaling, I wanted to share this because it is so sweet coming from a little boy just for his mum.
My handwriting is awful but others say we should include it from time to time - my mind goes quicker than my hand, it explains the scribble!!!
My Scheme:
Navy around the page
Turquoise Green on the crossword and the CSI co-ordinates
Cardboard colour on the photo matting
Bright Warm Red on photo matting and from the co-ordinates
Light Gray on the co-ordiantes
Mr Evidence:
Houses, Number Accents, the 'key' to our heart as something unexpected, circle graph as an ambellishment.
My Testimony:
Top 10 List, circular spot 'inner glow'
Very beautiful this Sandra; love using cardboard in my pages find a charm!
ReplyDeleteI took a look at the previous pages here on the blog, very tasteful.

ReplyDeleteOh Sandra, I love your take on this challenge. The story is so cute.
ReplyDeleteGood on you hand writing!!! And look! Another fussy cut photo:):) LOVE your inner circle embellie....that looks fab:):) This was a great colour combo to work with, don't you reckon???!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh this is so sweet, and the layout looks lovely, I am with you on my hand writing, but it is good to include it makes the layout more personal and it leaves something of us on the page!! well done on your take for CSI challenge!
ReplyDeleteI always worry about writing on my LO's because of hand-writing, and then, I also tend to make stupid spelling mistakes as well.... but I hide mine with hidden journaling, though recently trying to get a little more on the page. Your layout is super gorgeous, and even more so with the story behind the LO... he is so cute, and what a precious memory to capture.
