Meg's Garden

I cannot tell you how super excited I am to be on the Design Team at Meg's Garden.  I have admired her patterned papers for such a long time and have never had the opportunity to create with them.  I have joined an amazing team of ladies and to be truthful I am a little daunted at the moment.  The other new Design Team Members are:

Bailey (AFSC)

Don't you just love the look on his face?
This layout is for AFSC 15th June challenge and it's of my grandson Bailey.
Here's the fabulous sketch to be used.
I've used Cardstock with TCW starburst template for the background and added to the stencil is Liquid Pearls, it wasn't popping and was quite dull before the pearls.
I also used liquid pearls on the larger star.
The patterned paper is from Australian Scrapbook Ideas Vol 21
The border stamp is from Ranger Dylusions and the washi for the journaling is from Sanna, I adhered it over some of the patterned paper that' s also the mat behind the photo.  The owl, little bird and butterfly are fussy cut from the paper collection.

Bruno's (CSI #77)

My Evidence:
Number
Envelope with Journaling/Story Inside
Twine
Woodgrain

My Testimony:
Inspiration Words:  Magic, Nature
Story in the Envelope

My Journaling/Story:

Bruno’s Art & Sculpture Garden is in Marysville, Victoria.

On Saturday 7 Feb 2009 a bushfire ravaged the area and Bruno’s home and gallery, along with his famous sculptures and gardens were either damaged or in some cases destroyed.

Bruno and his family, with the help of friends and the local community rebuilt the gallery, home and the beautiful, magical, garden full of his famous sculptures.

We visited the area earlier this year and were amazed at how nature has a way of repairing itself, the gardens were so full of new growth of ferns and grasses.  Bruno has done an amazing job of rebuilding his home, gallery and garden.
I have given a link so you can see the changes.

Adorable (Stuck - June 15 challenge)

I just realised it's been over a week since a post so here's the layout I completed for Stuck challenge
I used cardstock for the background, it was given some texture with
The Crafter's Workshop Script template.
I mixed gel medium with paint and Viva Inka Gold so the script would pop a little.
The patterned paper was a gift from Shell and its the Basic Grey Curio range.
Other bits and pieces were:
Kaisercraft flower trim and bling title,
Green Tara large flower
D=Lish Scraps Leaf
Hooked on Craft Large Leaves
Martha Stewart Border Punch
Versa Color Pinecone Ink
Bird Bling
Here's a close-up of the journaling.

Family Ties Mini Album

I made this for a friend I've known for over 50 years, our families grew up together and we met at Primary School. We're still the very best of friends in 2013. I had a number of photos and had to work out what I really wanted in the album so settled on close family. Hope you like it Susie.  I've given some peeks here of the front and back page with a couple inside but you can see more on my fb page at:
https://www.facebook.com/KiandraKreations

I used a 7 Gypsies album with a
Kaisercraft 6.5 X 6.5 paper pad and rubons
Green Tara Flowers
Ranger Liquid Pearls
ScrapFX chipboard
Assorted Ribbons and brads
Delish Scraps leaves
Tim Holtz Clip
Key
