Childs Play Blog Hop

Thanks to my scrap friend Lizzy I saw this amazing blog hop at  Childs Play  hop on over and have a peek, the design team have some great ideas.  Its always nice to see what everyone else out there is doing.

Stuck

This is the layout I created for the latest Stuck challenge.  I used Authentique papers, cadrstock and some alpha cut-outs from my stash.  I also used Spellbinders Star Nestabilities, Liquid Pearls, and some washi tape.  

 

Opposite page

Thought I would share the other half to the two pages I did for the day the photographer came when we were little.

I used the original photos because I thought they would just sit in the drawer so may as well be on a scrap page.

Scrap Africa

The challenge is to use filmstrip and I found this layout I did when I first started scrapping, it is a little different to how I scrap these days but I thought I would give it a go.

Weddings Today

We're attending a wedding today at 12.00noon so I made this card for my very close high school girlfriend, friends for over 40 years (wow just writing that makes me feel ancient).  I hope they have a lovely day as it's going to be about 31degrees here so the sun will be shining on them for their special day.
I've used some Liquid Pearls, satin ribbon and some gorgeous paper that I had in my stash, I think it was from Officeworks, underneath the butterfly paper is some transparent paper that's a bit hard to see here.

Beautiful Fiji

Have you guessed where my latest photo was taken, well I guess my heading says it all, this was taken at Musket Cove Resort on an island of Fiji.  We arrived home last Saturday after a week of total relaxation at this lovely resort.  http://www.musketcovefiji.com
I was ready for Christmas apart from the food side of things but that will be done closer to the day and that's why we had a quick holiday to Fiji.
Back to some scrapping now I hope.........
